1200W/120V Long Shank Single Loop Heating Element

1200 Watt 120 Volt Long Shank Single Loop Heating Element. This heating element is used in 4″ deep evaporation pans. This unit is estimated to evaporate 40 quarts/day.

Please note that older versions of this heating element may have been double loop configurations.  Our current 1200 watt 120 volt element replaces the older model.  It has the exact same performance characteristics as the older model.

We recommend considering replacing the Heat Sensor Bar that attaches to the legs of the heating element and also to a high temp limit switch(part of our safety system) when replacing the heating element.  If, after inspection, you determine that the heat sensor bar can be reused, please reattach it to the element after the heating element is reinstalled.
