Full Size X 2.5″ Deep Stainless Steel Evap Pan W/Internal & External Supports. This pan is made of food grade stainless steel for a long life. All supports are also made of 301 grade stainless steel. Available in both single and double bend heating element configurations. This pan has a capacity of 8.3 quarts. Pan Dimensions are 20 3/4″ x 12 3/4″ x 2 1/2″. With the Control Box on top, it measures 5 1/4″ high. Please select either Bent Legs or Flat Legs.
